1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Coreply Cloud services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use Coreply Cloud services. These Terms do not apply to the use of the Coreply App itself, which is governed by the AGPL-3.0 license.

2. Description of Service

It is important to distinguish between:

a) Coreply App: An open source Android application licensed under AGPL-3.0, which users can download, install, and run on their devices with their choice of AI services.

b) Coreply Cloud: Our hosted AI inference service that provides text completion suggestions when integrated with the Coreply App.

These Terms of Service apply exclusively to Coreply Cloud services. Use of the Coreply App itself is governed by the AGPL-3.0 license. Users may choose to use Coreply Cloud or configure compatible third-party AI providers.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use Coreply Cloud only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or interfere with Coreply Cloud services
• Not use Coreply Cloud to generate harmful, offensive, or illegal content
• Comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws

4. Privacy and Data

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information when using Coreply Cloud services. By using Coreply Cloud, you consent to the collection and use of information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

The Coreply name, logo, and branding is our intellectual property. Coreply Cloud services and related infrastructure are proprietary and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

7. Disclaimers

COREPLY CLOUD IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING:

• Warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of AI-generated suggestions
• Warranties that Coreply Cloud will be uninterrupted or error-free

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COREPLY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF COREPLY CLOUD.

9. Third-Party Services

The Coreply App may integrate with third-party messaging applications and AI services. Users may choose to configure their own third-party AI providers instead of using Coreply Cloud. We are not responsible for the privacy practices, terms of service, or content of these third-party services. Your use of such services is subject to their respective terms and policies.

10. Termination

By You: You may stop using Coreply Cloud at any time by discontinuing use of our services.

By Us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Coreply Cloud at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice, at our sole discretion.

We also reserve the right to discontinue Coreply Cloud or any features at any time without notice. Upon termination, your right to use Coreply Cloud will cease immediately.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of Coreply Cloud after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
